XPro® Plastisol

XPro® Plastisol is CoilColor’s most popular product. Its plastisol coating offers excellent resistance and durability.

Substantial film thickness offers very good protection even in aggressive, industrial atmospheres, and deliver outstanding surface properties and flexibility.

New developments with optimised UV resistance show greater resistance still, even under exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Combined with a high performance substrate this product is excellent for cold-forming. It withstands site damage as well as high resistance to salt spray, humidity and abrasion.

Available if required for food contact. Hard formulation available for improved wear resistance, i.e. shelving.

Usage

Plastisols have been used for decades as standard in the construction industry externally and internally in a wide range of structures including wall and roof cladding, ceiling and internal wall façades, and shelving.
